Opportunity for SMEs to Become a Supplier to Vodafone

TOBB and Vodafone Turkey will be organizing an event titled "Domestic Production in Technology and the Power of SMEs" on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The aim of the event is to facilitate business-to-business (B2B) meetings between Vodafone Turkey officials and SMEs registered in the program, where Vodafone aims to source a portion of its 4.5G investment obligations from products manufactured in Türkiye by SME-qualified suppliers. The event will showcase the technological products and software produced by prospective suppliers. Certified as a Locally Produced Product This would be a reason for Vodafone Türkiye to be preferred.

Businesses that meet the following conditions:

• Being an SME operating in Türkiye

• Developing products and systems for Vodafone's 4.5G investments.

  • Businesses must include the phrase "to develop products or systems" or similar expressions such as "to produce, manufacture, develop standards, develop software, develop software, design, conduct research and development activities" in the "Purpose and Subject" section of their Trade Registry Gazettes.

  • Here are some example documents demonstrating that the company is developing product systems in Türkiye:

    • Products currently being manufactured and sold

    • Utility Model Certificate
