Product Safety and Inspection Regulations

As is known, most of the Product Safety and Inspection Communiqués prepared pursuant to Article 4 of the Technical Regulations Regime Decision No. 2013/4284 are revised annually after obtaining the opinions and evaluations of the relevant institutions and organizations.

Within this scope, work has begun on the publication in the Official Gazette of the Product Safety and Inspection Communiqués for 2020 and the Communiqués amending some of these Communiqués, as well as the "Communiqué on Import Control of Tobacco and Tobacco Products, Alcohol and Alcoholic Beverages (Product Safety and Inspection: 2018/19)", to enter into force in 2021.
