Research and Development and Innovation Management

Kocaeli University Technopark Inc. (KOÜ Technopark) and Innocentrum Systematic Innovation Management Ltd. Co. In collaboration with [Company Name], an online seminar (webinar) on "R&D and Innovation Management" will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, lasting 6 hours. The aim of the training is to create awareness of innovation management through systematic approaches and tools, to implement it with defined processes, and to make it a part of the corporate culture. Participation in the seminar is subject to a fee (275 TL + VAT = 324.50 TL). Those wishing to participate must register using the online form below. Participants are limited to 20 people, and a certificate will be awarded upon completion of the program.

Innovation Management: Innovation management is a systematic process that organizations use to continuously develop new, value-added products, services, and processes quickly and effectively. Innovation success depends not only on the processes and methods used but also on the organizational culture.

The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 9, 2020 (at 5:00 PM).

The deadline for final registration is Wednesday, October 14, 2020 (at 5:00 PM).

Dr. Bülent Gümüş, Founding Partner of Innocentrum Systematic Innovation Management Ltd.

  • Dr. Bülent Gümüş received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from METU (Middle East Technical University), and his Master's and Doctoral degrees in the same field from Texas Tech University. He has worked in prestigious universities and defense industry companies in Türkiye, the USA, and Qatar, in the fields of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, software engineering, engineering management, and business development.
  • He provides training and seminars and conducts research in the fields of new product/system design, innovation management, technology management, and project management. By synthesizing the knowledge, experience, and skills he has gained from different disciplines, cultures, and institutions, he is able to offer high-quality, effective, and interactive consulting and training services.
