Regarding Circular 2020/22 on Waste Import
With the "Waste Import Circular" published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization on September 3rd, the waste import quota was reduced from 80% to 50%. Accordingly, for the remainder of 2020, companies are permitted to import waste up to a maximum of 50% of the facility's consumption capacity stated in their capacity reports.
