Regarding Waste Import Procedures
It has been reported to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) that, within the scope of Circular No. 2019/18, a "Waste Importer Registration Certificate" and "Quota Form" have been issued to your company for use in waste import transactions to be carried out in 2020.
Accordingly, it has been communicated that the first 3-month activity report regarding waste imported and collected from the domestic market between 01.01.2020 and 31.03.2020 should be prepared in the format specified in the attached table and sent to halime.sezer@csb.gov.tr and mtarik.durmus@csb.gov.tr by 15.04.2020; that it should also be sent to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization by official letter; and that activity reports covering 3-month periods should be regularly sent to the Ministry both by official letter and email.
