Meet our instructor. Onur Ozcan She began her career in 2005 as a Customer Representative at Garanti Bank. In 2006, she moved to the Fraud Detection and Prevention unit within the Garanti Bank Inspection Board. During her four years in this unit, she participated in numerous software projects as both a client and stakeholder. After gaining experience in the projects she was involved in, she joined Garanti Technology in 2010 as a Senior Business Analyst. At Garanti Technology, she worked on credit evaluation, fraud detection/prevention, and decision support systems projects. He then transferred to Intertech, a company that produces software solutions for many banks and financial institutions in Türkiye, primarily Denizbank, as a Business Analytics Team Leader responsible for business process management applications. At Intertech, he contributed to projects in areas such as Core Banking, Business Process Management, Mobile Banking, and Social Media Banking. To combine his banking experience with web technologies, he transferred to eBay (Gittigidiyor) as a Business Analytics Manager in early 2012. That same year, Onur Özcan became interested in agile approaches and quickly obtained his Professional Scrum Master certification. In 2014, he served as an Agile Coach and consultant in transformation projects aimed at increasing the organizational and technical agility of Vodafone and yemeksepeti.com. In the same year, Onur Özcan, who received his master's degree in Software Technologies with a thesis on Agile Project Management, also obtained Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Developer certifications. In 2015, he joined the Türk Telekom Agile Studio team as an Agile Coach. Within Türk Telekom, he trained hundreds of IT and non-IT professionals on agile approaches and supported many projects as an Agile Coach. Currently, as an independent consultant, he provides training on Business Analysis, Software Quality & Testing, and Agile Methodologies, and assists many organizations in Türkiye in improving their software development processes. Some of the organizations he has worked with include Türk Telekom, Tatilbudur.com, Hitit Computer Services, Innova, Argela, Pegasus Airlines, Roche Diagnostics, Sebit, Hayat Varlık A.Ş., Yıldız Holding, Çelik Motor, ULAK Haberleşme A.Ş., STM, Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş., Otomatica Otomasyon, Linktera, Cybernet, Paynet, Arena Bilgisayar, Bilyoner, Sodexo, and Tofaş. Onur Özcan currently also teaches graduate courses on agile approaches and business analysis at Bahçeşehir University. |
