Sectoral Investment Process Guidelines

In a letter sent from the Presidency to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), it is stated that within the scope of the Eleventh Development Plan and the Investment Environment Improvement Coordination Board (YOİKK) 2019-2020 Action Plan, guides have been prepared that include all bureaucratic procedures (permits, approvals, licenses, etc.) that must be completed from the establishment of a company until the investment becomes operational, the institutions/organizations to which applications should be made, the necessary documents for the application, the processing time, etc. It is further stated that the activity of "identifying areas that need simplification in investment processes and necessary legislative changes" is included as a continuation of this action, and TOBB's opinion is requested.
