Communiqué on Import Control of Wastes Subject to Control for Environmental Protection Purposes (Product Safety and Inspection: 2021/3) This decision was published in the Official Gazette No. 31351, issue number 4, dated December 31, 2020, and entered into force. According to the published communiqué, as of January 1, 2021, the import of mixed plastic waste, traded under HS codes 3915.90.11.90.00 and 3915.90.80.00.19, into our country is prohibited.
