TÜBİTAK and British Council Bilateral Cooperation Program
“"Katip Çelebi-Newton Fund"” carried out within the framework of 2014 2551 TÜBİTAK and British Council Bilateral Cooperation Programme Within this scope, TÜBİTAK will support joint research projects to be carried out by researchers in Turkey and the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).
Scientists in Türkiye wishing to propose a joint research project must agree with researcher(s) working at research institutions in the United Kingdom to be their “project partners”. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.

Project partners in the United Kingdom https://britishcouncil-cxobw.formstack.com/forms/application_form_newtonil_april2020 Applicants can submit their applications via this address.
The budget limits have been set at 720,000 TL for researchers applying from Türkiye and £150,000 for researchers applying from the United Kingdom.
