Regarding the Ministry Announcement on GEKAP
In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph (c) of the Regulation on Recycling Participation Fee published in the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2019 and numbered 30995, the defining and explanatory issues regarding the products in Annex-1 of the Environmental Law and the implementation of this Regulation have been determined by our Ministry, and the "Procedures and Principles Regarding the Implementation of the Regulation on Recycling Participation Fee" were published with the Ministerial Approval dated 07.02.2020 and numbered 34658.
