Presidential Decree Request for Opinion - Regulation
The attached letter from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) requests our opinion on the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Design, Construction and Operation of Connecting Lines, the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Design, Construction and Operation of Logistics Village Centers and Bases, and the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Implementation of Certain Transport Infrastructure Investments and Services by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure through the Public-Private Partnership Model.
